The 10-Booking Guarantee

1. What we promise

We guarantee 10 qualified booked appointments in your first 30 days of active campaign delivery. If we don't hit that number, we continue working on your campaign at no additional service cost from us until we do, up to a 60-day cap.

2. When the clock starts

Active delivery starts the day your first Facebook ad is approved and goes live. Not when you sign the contract. Typical ad approval takes 7 to 10 days from signing while your website, pixel, CRM, and ad account are set up.

The clock pauses any time we are waiting on you. That includes approvals, photos, access to your Facebook Business Manager, feedback on copy, or anything else we flag. It restarts the moment we receive what we asked for.

3. What counts as a qualified booking

To count towards the 10, a booking must tick all of the following:

• Homeowner (not a tenant, not a commercial enquiry)
• Inside your agreed service area
• Budget fits the type of jobs you quote
• Decision-maker present at the appointment
• Attends the appointment (either on-site or on the video call)

4. What doesn't count

• No-shows
• Cancellations inside 24 hours of the appointment
• Renters or leaseholders without owner sign-off
• Enquiries outside your agreed service area
• Competitors, friends, or family checking the funnel
• Duplicate enquiries from the same household

5. What "free" means

Free means our time is free. The Sovereign Bookings service fee is paused during guarantee recovery. You continue to cover your own Meta ad spend directly with Facebook, and you continue to pay £300 per qualified appointment that is attended while we're in recovery.

This keeps the math honest. We only win when you win, and we're not burning your ad budget on our mistakes.

6. The 60-day cap

The guarantee runs for a maximum of 60 days from campaign go-live. If we still haven't hit 10 qualified bookings by day 60, you keep the website files we built, we give you 30 days of migration support to move off our back-end, and our GoHighLevel setup is cleanly removed from your systems.

You walk away with a professional site and a clear exit. No lock-in.

7. Who this is for

The guarantee is only offered to businesses that actually have the capacity to use it. Before we offer it, we confirm:

• £200k+ annual turnover
• At least 1 year trading
• Installers or subcontractors in place
• Genuine intent to grow the business
• Capacity to handle 10+ quote appointments per month without dropping balls

If you don't hit these, we'll tell you up front and suggest a different route. We'd rather lose the deal than put you in a position where our system breaks your business.

8. How we report on it

Every booking is logged in your Sovereign Bookings dashboard with the date, status, and outcome. At day 30 we send you a clean breakdown: bookings delivered, bookings that didn't qualify (with reasons), and whether the guarantee is hit or in recovery. No spreadsheet gymnastics. You can see everything yourself in real time.

9. Why we can offer this
